Zozorg in Heerlen zoekt een coördinerend verpleegkundige (HBO-V) voor een intramurale zorginstelling. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zorgproces en werk je samen met een multidisciplinair team om de zorgkwaliteit te waarborgen.
Je combineert hands-on verpleegkundig werk met leidinggeven en coaching, waarbij je collega’s helpt groeien. Flexibele inzet bij meerdere opdrachtgevers is mogelijk en je kunt zowel fulltime als parttime werken.
