Zozorg zoekt een zelfstandige HBO Verpleegkundige voor de functie van wijkverpleegkundige in Limburg. Je speelt een centrale rol in de thuiszorg, indiceert zorgvragen, coördineert zorgprocessen en levert hands-on verpleegkundige zorg.
Je werkt met een diverse cliëntenpopulatie en combineert zelfstandig werken met teamleiderschap. Flexibiliteit en sterke klinische vaardigheden zijn essentieel.
De functie is beschikbaar in fulltime en parttime, met arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO VVT.
