Wyzer zoekt een Jeugdconsulent in Heerlen die gezinnen en kinderen ondersteunt. In deze rol beheer je je eigen caseload, voer je gesprekken met gezinnen en help je bij het aansluiten van hulpverleners. We zoeken iemand die empathisch is en problemen snel herkent.
