Samenvijf zoekt een Jurist Omgevingsrecht die de gemeente ondersteunt bij advies, toetsing van besluiten op juridische kwaliteit en de afhandeling van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures van begin tot eind.
Je zorgt voor de juridische onderbouwing van besluiten, vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in procedures en vertaalt jurisprudentie naar praktische werkafspraken. Daarnaast werk je aan verbeteringen binnen de Omgevingswet en gemeentelijk beleid.
