YourRole and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Supervise patient care and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Conduct assessments and tailor individualized care plans to meet unique patient needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide coordinated and effective patient care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, supporting them through their recovery journey.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients, making every small win count!
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid RN license as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
