Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, and that all service staff are trained in service procedures.

The Front Counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for best service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures great quality food that is fast and safe, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates them. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

The role requires positive team players with flexible schedules and passion for a fast paced environment. Must be 18+ with open availability.
