Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints regarding recreational vehicles. Ask the right questions to help identify the perfect RV options for them.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our entire RV inventory, including various models, features, capabilities, and pricing. Stay informed about new arrivals and manufacturer updates.
- Organize and conduct detailed product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing key features and benefits to highlight value our RVs.
- Effectively negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Answer any questions the customers may have regarding financing options, warranties, and additional services.
- Maintain regular communication with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies and provide insights to the management team.
- Develop engaging promotional campaigns and advertisements via various social media outlets to promote our RV products to a wider audience.
- Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events to showcase our products, gather leads, and increase brand awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and effectively address their inquiries and concerns.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
- A results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take initiative and pursue leads actively.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for RV sales.
- Maintain knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Commitment to learning and growing with the business.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
