Who’s right for the job?
As an RV Technician, you will possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills or have a strong passion for resolving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and maintenance issues. Your role involves diagnosing problems by analyzing and testing the RV, presenting job cost estimates, and identifying necessary parts replacements.
Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure safety and functionality, enhancing the RV experience for our clients, and helping customers return to their dream RVs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
- Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills for vendor and team interactions.
