Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 35 Magnolia Pkwy, Helena, AL 35080

Salary: Up to $50 per hour

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in January 2026. Interviews will begin in early December 2025. We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE certifications preferred or plan to achieve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Desire for long‑term career development

• Occasionally lift or move >100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces as required by repair
• Have dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk or stand for majority of workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
