Accounts Administrator

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Day shifts, normally 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Flexibility to shifts needed is required
• Pay scale $25‑32 DOE (salary may vary with experience)

• Employee/HR:
  Onboarding
• Payroll: garnishments, all payroll reporting using Quick Books Online and time‑tracking software; certified payroll reports (weekly)
• File unemployment claims
• File workers’ comp claims and maintain OSHA log
• Coordinate employee reviews
• Benefit account management: 401(k), dental and vision accounts, medical insurance accounts
• Bookkeeping: AR/AP account management, bank and credit card reconciliation, preparing bank deposits
• Other office duties: respond to mail, phone calls, or emails requesting support; provide overall general administrative support; ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all documents in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures; assist management with various administrative tasks and projects; answer department‑related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits programs; update employee handbook annually; other duties as assigned
