The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health & Developmental Service Division;
Developmental Disability Program, Community Service. This position provides office assistance to the Helena regional office of the Community Service Bureau, Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Division. The position provides a wide variety of services such as financial record keeping, reception, maintenance of office supplies, creating and maintaining word processing documents and spreadsheets, tracking, processing and recoding information, and creating, updating and purging a variety of recordkeeping systems.

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity:
Knowledge of office administrative processes and procedures. Knowledge of bookkeeping and recordkeeping. Effective written and oral communication skills. Professional customer service skills. Ability to operate personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete essential functions, including using spreadsheets, word processing, databases, email, internet, and other computer programs. Meet minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Three to four years of directly related office experience. Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information:
This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy. This position is open until filled with frequent screening of applicants. Applicant Pool Statement:

This agency may use a training assignment. Employees in training assignments may be paid below the base pay established by the agency pay rules. Conditions of the training assignment will be stated in writing at the time of hire.
Salary: $23.05 - $23.05 Hourly
