As an Associate Client Manager, you’ll partner with your client relations colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and support to our Employee Health & Benefits clients, colleagues, and carriers.

• Provide exceptional client service by addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Manage accounts, including negotiating with insurance carriers, preparing presentations and proposals, collecting client information, and ordering insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate and current client records in our agency management system.
• Follow organizational policies, service standards, workflows, and ensure quality control through proper documentation. Maintain confidentiality and be a positive team member.
