Position Overview:

Seeking BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a thriving Cancer Care Center in Helena, MT. You will be part of a collaborative team including one other Hem/Onc physician and two nurse practitioners, offering a balanced schedule and comprehensive patient care through a full continuum of services.

Practice/Position Highlights:
Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology care within an integrated cancer center Advanced treatment options including immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy with True Beam linear accelerator Affiliated with Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) at the University of Utah, offering patients access to world-class oncology expertise and innovative treatments Support services include patient navigators, onsite pharmacists, social workers, and fully certified RN/OCN nursing staff 22 chemo chairs;

clinic located within the hospital for seamless access to lab and imaging Flexible scheduling with option for 4-day workweek Commission on Cancer Accredited program with 95th percentile patient satisfaction Strong communication and patient-centered care approach Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $600,000 with productivity incentives Substantial sign-on bonus and additional incentive bonuses 6 weeks of vacation annually CME allowance Onsite childcare ailored to provider schedules Comprehensive benefits package including:
