Position: Special Education Teacher (Elementary, Middle School, and High School)

Description: This position involves applying knowledge of special education methodologies to oversee assigned classrooms, develop individual and group programs, collaborate with specialists on intervention and education plans, and maintain accurate student records. Responsibilities include teaching students emotional recognition and management, problem-solving, developing academic pathways, implementing restorative practices, and assessing student progress. The role requires travel between sites and adherence to district policies and collective bargaining agreements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field, 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid Montana Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Special Education.
Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $42,872 to $66,283 annually, plus benefits. Final salary depends on education and experience. More info:
