- $66,500-$75,000 base pay (DOE) with generous wage growth

Join us as an Entry Bridge Engineer within our Transportation group and be part of this engineering success.
- Serve in a lead or support technical role, depending on project complexity.
- Prepare engineering calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and, at times, task or project management.
- Make day‑to‑day structural engineering design decisions on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, including production and scheduling.
- Work in a team environment, both internally and externally.
- Actively involve in client interaction at the project level.
- Leverage engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Micro Station.
- Write and complete technical reports and project correspondences.

Your Strengths- Master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited engineering program in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural.
- Current Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) professional designation or willing to obtain soon after hire.
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience in bridge engineering design work.
- Understanding of engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Micro Station.
- Principal knowledge of load calculations, structural analysis, and design engineering.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
