Crunch Numbers, Manage Licenses, Make an Impact! Westaff is seeking a Licensing and Accounting Tech for a state office in Helena, MT!
Term: 3+ months
Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible
Shift: 24-32 hours per week
Pay: $27-$30/hour DOE
Duties:
- Assist with processing licenses, license renewal, and tracking new license types
- Assist with switching to new licensedatabase
- Process checks and online payments
Qualifications:
- 5 years of licensing experience required
- Experience with accounting preferred
- Other experience on case-by-case basis
- Proficient in Microsoft with emphasis on Excel
- Experience utilizing databases
