AWARE is looking for the right person to join the team as a LCPC/LCSW. The support we provide helps adults, children, and families become active, vital members of their community while focusing on personal growth. Responsibilities- Provide clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for the programs assigned.
- Coordinate skill‑building activities.
- Collaborate with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on experience and the needs and strengths of individual youths.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
- Participate in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.
AWARE LCPC/LCSWs earn $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
Requirements- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- At least one year direct work experience.
- Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
- Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
- Ability to assess youth and their families from a strength’s perspective.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with a variety of people.
- Possible NHSC slot, continuing education credits, clinical supervision, and other licensure assistance available.
