This 13-week contract includes guaranteed 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts. Start date is 11/15/2026; travel to patient locations within the assigned radius is required.
The role requires an MSW (or in progress toward LCSW), active BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical/ED/MSW experience, plus a valid driver’s license for travel.
