Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, located in Helena, Montana. This travel contract offers a 12-hour night shift schedule with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. The role requires at least 2 years of Med Surg experience and prior travel experience is mandatory. You will float between the medical floor and surgical/oncology units, ensuring variety and growth in your daily responsibilities.
Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:6, providing a manageable and rewarding work environment. Key requirements include BLS certification and proficiency in Epic EMR systems. Your expertise in Med Surg will be invaluable in delivering exceptional care. This position adheres to a 200-mile radius rule, and all requested days off must be submitted prior to assignment confirmation.
