We're looking for a dynamic agile lead with a passion for AI to supercharge our workflows, products, and customer experience. You’ll lead the implementation of AI-driven tools and processes across the business, acting as both a Scrum Master and a change agent for AI adoption.

• Champion Agile delivery across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, ops)
• Identify opportunities for AI integration (e.g., automation, NLP, ML, recommendation engines)
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to prioritise and scope AI initiatives
• Facilitate sprints, retros, backlog grooming, and ensure timely delivery of AI projects
• Coordinate with external AI vendors, data teams, and integration partners
• Evangelise AI capabilities internally – educate teams, demystify tech, lead pilots
• Build feedback loops and iterate on AI implementation for continuous improvement

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Technical Project Manager
• Experience working on or managing AI/ML projects (even better if you’ve shipped one)
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, automation tools, etc.
• Ability to translate complex AI topics into business impact
• Proven experience leading change management or tech adoption projects

• Have a bias for action and a nose for inefficiency
• Can hold your own in technical conversations but speak fluent "business"
• Enjoy being the connector between teams, tools, and transformation
