Red Knight Solutions is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, with decision-making based on established guidelines.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Providing customer break-fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks related to each call
• Controlling and returning assets and inventory
• Providing guidance to colleagues as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical school certification or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic repair tools
