The Engagement Director is a senior leader responsible for account-level ownership, strategic client partnership, and overall success of a portfolio of RWD engagements. This role combines executive relationship management, data-driven advisory, and delivery oversight to ensure clients realize sustained value from Norstella’s Real-World Data solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding how RWD (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR) can inform commercial, market access, and HEOR decisions, while overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes.

• Serve as the senior point of contact and account owner, building trusted relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Lead RWD strategy, success planning, and long-term value realization across a portfolio of RWD engagements
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, operational rigor, and consistent client outcomes
• Provide strategic data advisory, translating RWD into actionable insights and guiding data selection and analytics approaches
• Lead risk management and escalation resolution across delivery work streams
• Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to enhance solutions and improve scalability
• Mentor and lead Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration and development
• All other duties, as assigned

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or related field
• 10–14+ years of experience in RWD, life sciences analytics, or consulting
• 5+ years leading client accounts or large-scale engagements
• Deep expertise in Open Claims, Closed Claims, and EMR data
• Strong domain knowledge in commercial, market access, HEOR, and/or epidemiology
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery environments
• Proficiency with SQL/data structures sufficient to guide technical discussions
