Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python (advanced preferred), along with the ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.

• Data Analysis and Insights:
  Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
• Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
• Visualization and Reporting:
  Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.
• Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
• Statistical and Predictive Modeling:
  Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models. Support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) Help define and execute business strategies.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred).
