Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our technology team is growing, and we want a VP of Engineering who can turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable software. What you're signing up for is $203,000 - $283,000, a contract cadence, technology ownership, and a Meta team that rewards nerve.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
- Translate Adaptability metrics into the one chart Meta leadership checks each morning
- Break large technology initiatives into Growth Mindset increments Helena can actually deliver
- Decide when to buy Swift versus build it for Meta's Helena, MT stack
- Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
- Slice the innovative technology monolith into Swift services Helena, MT can deploy alone
- A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
- A nimble attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- 13 or more years steering technology projects end to end
- Comfort steering technology conversations toward a decision
- A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them
You can trace a lot of MT's technology momentum back to an empathy-led little team called Meta in Helena. The deeply technical pace here is real, but so is the permission to log off and recover.
You bring the MongoDB; we bring $203,000 - $283,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the freedom to grow on your terms in Helena.
Our talent team is live and responsive, screening new resumes as they land.
