Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You will support our growth as we expand into new markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on risk mitigation across various legal areas.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytic skills and eye for detail.
