In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel (Litigation)

Location:

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided).

You will support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world. You’ll also own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors, managing compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and overseeing litigation. Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as your knowledge in our dynamic industry expands.

• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks domestically and internationally.
• Manage litigation matters.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (full reimbursement).
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
