About the RoleAs part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this position serves as a strategic partner, collaborating with business owners to deliver value for customers and employees. The Project Manager II manages medium to large‑size projects, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating team members and third‑party contractors.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Project Execution – Apply project management methodologies throughout the lifecycle, lead cross‑functional meetings, negotiate with stakeholders, and manage risks and issues.
- Project Planning – Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules; obtain sponsor sign‑off where required.
- Project Closure – Finalize schedule and budget, ensure all requirements are met, facilitate transition to daily operations, and document lessons learned.
- Governance – Adhere to and support governance, security, and risk‑management practices in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and strong communication skills.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and engaging senior management.
- Compensation & Benefits – Starting salary is based on relevant experience and geographic location.
