Family Nurse Practitioner – Shodair Children’s Hospital

Shodair Children’s Hospital is looking to add a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to our inpatient team! FNPs provide clinical care for patients admitted to Shodair Children’s Hospital and offer primary medical services through general internal medicine/pediatric practice for children and adolescents in Montana.

• Utilizes cultural tools to problem‑solve and promote Shodair’s mission, vision, and values.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Needs to hold a valid, unrestricted APRN/nursing license in the State of Montana.
• Board Certification required.
• Maintain a U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency number.
• Meet all qualifications to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs or similar government‑funded health care programs.
• Maintain membership in good standing on the medical staff.
• Maintain a practice of medicine consistent with recognized standards.
• Meet qualifications for Shodair Children’s Hospital malpractice coverage.

• Two years of psychiatric experience.
