Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members, primarily on weekends and occasionally weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Montana.

Our services support maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Reviewing health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interviewing service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identifying urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Documenting interview results for medical readiness classification.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services and military systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, extended hours, and various locations, including remote military sites.
• Weekend availability and willingness to travel preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
