Travel Registered Nurse Stepdown

Registered Nurse – Stepdown travel assignment in Helena, MT. Start date 11/15/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranging from $2,100 to $2,118 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. • Provide direct patient care to stepdown-level patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and IV therapies
• Assess patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond to changes in clinical status promptly
• Float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology units as assigned; adapt care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-specific care plans; document in the electronic medical record (Epic)
• Maintain safe, evidence-based care with adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards; support families and communicate care goals

• Two years of stepdown experience; prior travel experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology units as needed
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• ICU experience is a plus

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
