Registered Nurse Medical Unit Night Shift

Pure View Health Center has a career opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse. This opportunity, located in Helena, Montana, is within the Nursing department and reports to the Nurse Manager.

We customize our care according to the patient needs and values. Under direction of the Nurse Manager, this position provides direct patient care and health care provider support.

• Provides direct patient care and health care provider support
• Assists clinic providers with diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures
• Conducts initial patient health interviews
• prepares and cleans equipment, exam and treatment rooms
• Sterilizes equipment
• Administers first aid
• Maintains clinical records
• provides medications per physician orders
• provides patient health counseling
• Provides patient and family health education regarding acute and chronic health problems, preventive health and lifestyle modifications

• Participates in clinic quality improvement activities
• Provides advice and information on public health care issues
• May act as float nurse as assigned

• Graduation from an accredited college or university nursing program with an Associates or Bachelors’ degree with a registered nurse degree
• One (1) year of nursing practice experience.
• Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Montana
