We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our unique platform to focus on client interactions and sales targets.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation:

  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month on the 15th
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients' sale.
