Client Manager - Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency. The Employee Health and Benefits team is looking for a passionate and people-oriented customer service professional to develop, implement and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to clients. As a Client Manager you are in charge of ensuring a smooth client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare presentations and proposal materials, collect customer information, and order insurance policies from carriers.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information: maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our agency management system.
• Upsell & cross-sell: collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Deliver effective and efficient customer service with your designated sales and service team.
• Follow organization policies and procedures, maintain quality control through proper file documentation, and protect confidentiality.

We offer a competitive compensation package with local and state salary considerations. Base pay is determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing, and a benefits package including paid parental leave, medical leave, 401K and other wellbeing programs. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
