We invite you to join our team  are looking for a treatment service specialist in the school setting to help adults, children, and families become active members of their community while focusing on personal growth.

• Provide direct services to children with special needs in the school setting.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school personnel to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Communicate behavioral and emotional observations to the treatment team and participate in team building meetings and activities.
• Utilize a wrap‑around approach to ensure the child's success in both the school and home setting.
• Assist youth in developing coping skills, social/recreational skills, independent living skills, mediation and conflict resolution skills, and problem‑solving skills.

• Preferred: BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Related Field or equivalent documentation of work history, education, and volunteer experience.
• Computer literacy skills, including navigation, recording, and basic computer skills needed for performance‑based software and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills for teamwork, observation reporting, learning resident care methods, and following instructions.
• High School Diploma or HSE required, along with past employment experience.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable criminal and protective services background check.

• Competitive compensation: $19.00‑$24.00 per hour.
