Project Support Officer

Our Client has a requirement for a Project Support Officer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Helensburgh.

Role Purpose

The Project Support Officer will provide administrative, governance, and coordination support across a portfolio of programmes and projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders and project teams, you will support project delivery through the effective management of governance processes, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting, and meeting administration.

Job Role Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and governance support across a portfolio of projects and programmes.
• Support the development and ongoing management of project outputs, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and organisational priorities.
• Coordinate governance meetings and provide secretariat support.
• Prepare agendas, meeting packs, presentations, minutes, action logs, and project trackers.
• Monitor progress against actions and maintain accurate records of project status and forward plans.
