The roleBe part of a team delivering the next generation of secure military communications satellites for the UK Ministry of Defence. This work provides resilient, high-performance connectivity for the UK, its allies and Defence personnel worldwide, playing a critical role in protecting national security as space becomes more contested and demand for secure data continues to grow.
Responsibilities- Design & deliver engaging training material to Defence Standards
- Conduct reviews of training documentation in accordance with company and Defence quality standards
- Conduct structured interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to capture training requirements
- Support operational training delivery outputs and wider training team goals
- Training Design experience in Engineering, Defence, Armed Forces or a similar environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills – confident in front of a room
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities
- A proactive, flexible and motivated approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in training design and delivery in accordance with JSP 822
- Training Needs Analysis experience
- Knowledge of Defence instructional standards
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
