Join this Defence project providing Risk Expertise through a Joint Project Team delivering an infrastructure programme.

We’re seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Programme Delivery Lead
, you’ll work across our clients site, and industry partners to manage risks in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

You’ll need strong project delivery and risk management skills, with experience handling major infrastructure projects and navigating multiple stakeholders.

• Lead the delivery of the risk management process
  , roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Facilitate monthly risk reviews
  , workshops, and maintain risk registers & dashboards.
• Support Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) and quarterly reporting.
• Manage project assumptions and maintain the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL).
• Track mitigation plans and ensure risk actions are delivered.
• Collaborate with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks, avoid duplication, and drive delivery.
• Monitor supply chain performance and flag emerging issues early.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and infrastructure requirements.

• SC Clearance held and available to work on client site 3–4 days/week.
• Strong knowledge of risk processes and management

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and see the bigger risk picture.
• Experience in infrastructure risk analysis
  .
• Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
