As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide expert financial insight and support across key defence contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to influence decision‑making, enhance financial performance and help shape the future of a complex and dynamic programme.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll be required to:

• Deliver accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting
• Partner with operational teams to provide clear financial insight and influence decisions
• Analyse complex financial data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Support contract performance through robust financial control and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value

• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting within a commercial or contract environment
• Proven ability to business partner with non‑finance stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex financial data
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Experience in a large, complex or regulated environment such as defence, engineering or infrastructure is desirable

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
