As a Finance Business Partner, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll provide expert financial insight and support across key defence contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making, enhance financial performance and help shape the future of a complex and dynamic programme.

Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Deliver accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting
• Partner with operational teams to provide clear financial insight and influence decisions
• Analyse complex financial data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Support contract performance through robust financial control and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value

This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday and provides hybrid working arrangements.

• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting within a commercial or contract environment
• Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex financial data
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Experience in a large, complex or regulated environment such as defence, engineering or infrastructure is desirable

• Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
