Full‑time permanent post with the Helensburgh and Lomond Children and Families Team. The role involves working with children and families to provide health‑visiting services.

• Act as caseload manager, delivering a culturally sensitive, safe and person‑centred health‑visiting service.
• Provide independent, autonomous care in accordance with the GIRFEC Framework and the universal health‑visiting pathway.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the health‑visiting programme for clients.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and maintain effective communication within the community.

• Registered Nurse with the NMC.
• Post‑registration qualification in Health Visiting / Public Health Nursing and evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience as a PHN/Health Visitor/School Nurse is desirable.
