Dokterbosman in Hellevoetsluis zoekt een Praktijkondersteuner GGZ (POH-GGZ) met ervaring en assertiviteit. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten met psychische of psychosociale problemen en bied je de juiste begeleiding samen met een huisarts.
Je dient diploma op HBO of WO niveau te hebben, gecombineerd met minimaal 3-4 jaar relevante werkervaring. In ruil krijg je een salaris tussen €4000,- en €5294,- per maand, goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
