Een dynamische zorgorganisatie in Helmond zoekt een Medewerker zorgbemiddeling voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Je verricht administratieve werkzaamheden rondom het zorgproces, coördineert het wachtlijstbeheer en onderhoudt contact met diverse zorgverleners. Je brengt een MBO niveau 4 diploma, kennis van wet- en regelgeving en bij voorkeur ervaring in zorgadministratie mee. De rol biedt mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en een contract met uitzicht op vast.
Salaris volgens CAO VVT.
