Een regio zorgorganisatie zoekt een Autismebegeleider B in Veldhoven voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. In deze rol bied je maatwerkbegeleiding aan cliënten met autisme, ondersteun je hen in dagelijkse activiteiten en stel je zorgplannen op. Je hebt een relevante HBO-opleiding en ervaring met volwassenen en werkt in een variabele dienstregeling, inclusief avonden en weekends. Dit is een betekenisvolle rol waarin je een echt verschil kunt maken.
