Als HR Business Partner werk je in Helmond, binnen een innovatieve en internationale omgeving. Je zet jouw expertise in om management en medewerkers te ondersteunen op uiteenlopende HR-onderwerpen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de groei van de organisatie door operationele HR-taken te combineren met strategisch advies. Vanuit jouw expertise werk je aan HR-beleid, personeelswerving, organisatieontwikkeling en naleving van wet- en regelgeving.
Samen met multidisciplinaire teams zorg je voor een soepel lopende HR-afdeling en draag je bij aan het succes van de organisatie.
- Je adviseert management en medewerkers over HR-beleid en arbeidsrecht
- Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, performancevraagstukken en casuïstiek
- Je ondersteunt bij werving, selectie en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert efficiënte HR-beleid en processen
- Je waarborgt naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen de organisatie
