GS Staalwerken in Helmond is op zoek naar een Assistent Productieleider die verantwoordelijk is voor het ondersteunen van de Productieleider in de dagelijkse organisatie van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en output worden behaald en signaleert knelpunten.
Naast operationele taken ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het controleren van gewerkte uren en de personele bezetting. In deze rol is samenwerking met de Productieleider en Voormannen essentieel om een informele en efficiënte werksfeer te behouden.
