As a CNC Operator at NTS Helmond, you work in a specialized and unique production environment where mainly large blocks of natural granite, but also steel parts, are machined into extremely precise parts/components. These form the basis for modules in high-tech (measurement) machines for the semiconductor industry, among others. NTS Helmond is one of the few companies in Europe that masters this craftsmanship.
You are part of a special production process that you won't find anywhere else. The focus is on CNC machining, but you also occasionally perform conventional operations. Your precision, independence, and technical knowledge ensure that colleagues and customers can rely on your work and craftsmanship.
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machining machines and conventional machining tasks;
- Checking dimensions and quality of the products and identifying deviations;
- Moving materials with lifting and transport equipment and performing minor maintenance on machines and tools;
- Processing production and time registration according to the applicable procedures;
- Always ensuring a clean and tidy workplace/environment;
- Consulting with the supervisor on progress and actively contributing and brainstorming about improvements in the production process.
- You have a strong affinity for technology and preferably experience in machining;
- You have experience in operating and setting up CNC machines, knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, and/or Fanuc controls is a big plus;
- You have a vocational education level (MBO);
- You work independently, accurately, and are a real go-getter;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You enjoy working in a team where craftsmanship and fun go hand in hand.
- Salary from €3,100 to €3,500;
