Extrusion Operator — Precision Packaging Production

This organization specializes in developing and producing high-quality packaging solutions for the European food and non-food markets. From multiple locations in the Netherlands, they utilize modern machinery and experienced colleagues to create sustainable and customer-oriented packaging. The Helmond location plays a central role in this. Here, a close-knit team works daily on innovation, quality, and continuity within the extrusion process.

As an Extrusion Operator, you are responsible for independently operating, setting up, and reconfiguring extrusion machines. You will perform quality measurements and record them in the system. You will also resolve minor malfunctions and identify deviations in safety, hygiene, or quality. Additionally, you will carry out logistic tasks with a forklift and process film waste according to applicable procedures.

You will collaborate with fellow operators in a well-organized work environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential for the final result.
