Operator 3 shifts

The company is a family‑owned business with more than 100 years of history and about 170 employees across several locations.

We are looking for an operator to work in a 3‑shift system in the Helmond region. The role requires ensuring the production process runs smoothly, setting ovens, carrying out quality checks, and using a forklift to supply raw materials. Forklift training will be provided if you do not yet have a license.

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly.
• Set ovens.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Use forklift to supply raw materials (or obtain a forklift license during training).
• Work independently after receiving thorough training.

• Speak Dutch or English well.
• Motivation and a sense of responsibility are key; prior operator or forklift experience is not required.
• Open to working in 3 shifts: 07:00 – 14:30, 14:30 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but can be learned on the job.

• A salary of approximately €2,850 gross per month (based on 40 hours, you’ll work 37.5 hours).
• 13.75% shift allowance on top of the salary.
• Permanent contract, long‑term employment.
