Customer Success Management
- Be a key team member of the sales and customer service team driving new business opportunities from both an inbound and outbound motion
- Proactively contact current and former customers to reactivate and grow their accounts
- Follow up on leads like requests from and product samples and quotes sent to the customers
- Help our customers finding products to match their needs, create and follow up on quotes and orders
- Handling all requests coming in through phone calls, chats and emails
- Experience in similar positions within sales and customer service (is an advantage)
- Good structuring and prioritizing skills
- Verbally and written fluency in British/ Irish English.
- Experienced living and working in any of the British countries or Ireland
- A fast-paced international environment, in a small, energetic and social team.
- Work hours 10 to 18, Monday to Thursday, 9-16.30 on Friday

- A stabile monthly salary, bonus agreement and pension agreement including health insurance (after trial period)
