Combinatie Jeugdzorg zoekt een gedragswetenschapper AMV die inhoudelijk bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van AMV-zorg. Je ondersteunt mentoren en managers bij complexe vragen, denkt mee over begeleidingsvragen en helpt teams methodisch en reflectief te werken.
Daarnaast help je de basis op orde te brengen: processen neerzetten, jouw rol positioneren en de zorg voor AMV-jongeren versterken. Je werkt nauw samen met gemeenten, scholen en behandelpartners en draagt bij aan verdere
